Serotonin, dopamine are brain happiness hormones. Neuron inflammation causes decrease of it due to free radicals. Oxidative stress and inflammation are caused by continuous struggle, conflict, confusion and stress. Finding no clarity. All energy is consumed in this conflict. Fight needs energy. With no energy left we feel tired.
We have to get rid of this conflict in brain to save this energy. There are two types of environments around us: as per our expectations and against our expectations. We have no problem with environment as per our expectations. We become judgmental when situation is against our expectations. Becoming judgmental is base of conflict.
A close friend responded against our expectation when we were in need. Now whole day our mind is angry for that friend. Give room to your friends. Maybe he is busy.
Two persons were laughing, and we assumed that they were laughing at me (judgmental). Why they insulted me? Practice a lot continuously, not to be judgmental. Stored pattern will drag us back. With plenty of practice we can control ourselves. If we followed the old pattern of judgmental revenge, it's dangerous. It will take at least 4-6 months to change the pattern.
