A good circuit is the one that has the least resistance because that’s the only best way to use electrical energy. Ohm’s Law: The lower the resistance, the more current will flow.

Our body is bioelectrical machine, our brain is subsystem.

Research shows that our brain is more energetic when it is less active. At lower frequencies, the brain receives and stores more information.

Meditation is first step in mind control. Energies like worry, anger and feeling bad reduce the energy level of our brain a lot.

Meditation Start up:
Method 1; Close your eyes, turn your eyes to forehead 20 degree.
Every 2 second slowly count reverse from 100, 99, 98, .... to 1. Visualize each number when you say. Morning for 10 days, next 10 days 50 to 1, next 10 days 25 to 1, next 10 days 10 to 1.
Count 1 to 5 to open eyes slowly.
With this exercise what we can gain; nothing!
What we can lose; anger, anxiety, depression, insecurities, fear of getting old and dying

Method 2
Mirror of the Mind
Problems distract us. It challenges the control of our mind. Our mind is very powerful weapon.
Albert Einstein famously said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” In turbulent, uncertain, novel, and ambiguous (TUNA) times, one skill that will never go out of reckoning (settlement) is problem-solving. The good news is that problem solvers are made, not born.
Our problems and challenges right now are proof of a specific mind level. It's impossible to solve these problems with same state of mind.

Think about some great incidents (memories) when feeling down, worried.
Law 1; desire, expectation
Law 2; believe, resistance
Law 3; expect without attachment. Experiments of Jose say that time moves from left (future) to right (past).
Using these 3 laws we can solve our problem.

Method 3; Three Fingers Technique; Triggering Mechanism. 
Connect thumb, index finger and middle finger of one hand.
Say; 'I will always reach that level of mind whenever I join my fingers together like this for a serious purpose as far as I want it to happen'.
For improvement of memory, say, Whenever I put my fingers together like this, I’ll be at this level right away and I will remember everything that I should remember.
Do it for 7 days daily.
For learning and mastering every skill, we need practice; same rule applies here.

Method 4; The power of two. Natural state of our body is good health. We become defensive and we abuse others as time passes (we get old).
We use words to communicate. The level of our mind and our emotional involvement empower our words.
Here are two more principles; 1) We can only think of one thing at a time.
2) When we focus on thoughts, we see those thoughts come true in real life as well because our body converts them into action.

Repeat this sentence every day after practice. 'Every day, in every way, I’m becoming better and better.'
Or say, ‘Negative thoughts, negative suggestions, will not have any effect on any level of my mind. 10:00

Method 5, Mind Control Over Sickness; Visualize picture of what you want. This is self-healing technique. Here are many testimonials, people got cured from very complicated diseases. E.g., Spontaneous Remission.
Here are some steps; Step 1; imagine you are a kind, forgiving and loving person.
Step 2; Sick thoughts work on beta level. With moving in Alpha state self-healing mechanism starts working.
Step 3; Think and focus only on positive, loving and healing words.
Step 4; Think about disease you are worried about. Use your focus; We have to focus on those things where healing energies are needed. This must be short.
Step 5; Imagine, pretend that you are cured. Act like a healthy person. Feel happiness.
Step 6; Mental House Keeping / cleaning. Say to self; Every day, in some way or the other, I’m becoming better, better, better.
When you can see it in yourself, you will also see it in your body in real life.

Method 6; Dream Control. Many inventions and innovations are result of dream. Before sleeping say, ‘I want to remember a dream, I’ll remember a dream.
Keep pen and diary close to your bed. Keep on writing about your dreams before sleeping, whenever wake up. For some specific solution or problem, say this; I want to have a dream in which there will be information to solve the problem in my mind.
I’ll have such a dream; I have to remember it and understand it.
