Flow state boost our creativity 700%. After every flow state our brain consciousness improves. Flow is the key of extraordinary. All extraordinary people have power of consciousness as common factor. They can enter into flow state with their own will. In flow state, brain releases norepinephrine and dopamine. It increases hydrate which causes increase of concentration. Brain waves shift from bita into alpha and it causes increase of creativity. It locks brain's prefrontal cortex and we shift into meditative state. In this state brain releases endogenous and anandamide chemicals. Endogenous removes pain and stress from body. Anandamide is one of the chemicals in the brain that allows for creativity. It helps improve lateral thinking, the growing of new brain cells, improving memory, and it can also act as an anti-depressant. When in deep flow brain waves shift from alpha to Theta. It increases intuition power of brain. This is great problem-solving power. In the last stage of flow brain releases serotonin and oxytocin. This is feeling of happiness and satisfaction.

If we will not use 126 bits in one activity, brain will use it for some other activity. It will break the concentration.
